SAINT PAUL: State Troopers pursued a driver who fled on Interstate 94 near downtown Saint Paul after attempting a traffic stop for speeding. The driver, described as a Black male wearing a face mask, continued eastbound at speeds over 100 miles per hour before exiting onto White Bear Ave. The suspect then drove through a gas station lot and continued eastbound onto Old Hudson Rd. Troopers discontinued the pursuit and located the vehicle unoccupied outside an apartment complex on the 1800 block of Wilson Ave. The driver was last seen running northwest from the complex. Saint Paul police officers are assisting with a perimeter, canine and drone while the State Patrol helicopter is overhead as crews search for the suspect.

Predicting that this week we’ll hear more conciliatory words from the Administration regarding Minnesota (since they’re starting to realize that ICE has become politically toxic) but everyone outside of Minnesota needs to know that nothing on the ground has changed.   People are still being profiled.
People are still being wrongfully detained. People still can’t go to work or school out of fear.   Do not look away and do not buy any political spin coming out of DHS.   ICE OUT OF MINNESOTA.

@RoKhanna Don't confront Border patrol while carrying a concealed loaded firearm. Basic logic says that will end up in disaster. Pretti had a duty to inform, he never did thus the unfortunate outcome.

Congress is not powerless. Democrats must unify around an actual agenda. 1. Vote no on DHS funding bill. 2. Repeal the multi-year $75 billion funding for ICE. 3. End qualified immunity for ICE agents. 4. Investigate and prosecute every single ICE agent who broke the law. 5. Impeach Noem and Bondi. 6. End the Kavanaugh stops with racial profiling and end the militarization of ICE. 7. Codify a use of force standard so courts can enforce the law against rogue ICE agents. 8. Tear down and replace ICE with an agency that has oversight. Trump is engaged in the SYSTEMATIC destruction of the rule of law. Only if Congress fights with every legal tool at our disposal including lawsuits in the courts, like we are doing with the Epstein files, can we stop this madness. We owe that to nurse Pretti and the hundreds of thousands on the streets risking their lives to stand up for our freedoms.
