@echochambered_ Pepperball guns do not have the same immediately-incapacitating effect that pepper spray has unless you shoot someone directly in the face. Spray is better, cheaper, and easier to carry.

@RatKingsTail @echochambered_ Yeah pepper ball gun probably works in any other country where you can most likely assume your attacker wont have a gun on them. Echo lives in Switzerland if I'm correct, which has guns, but a mugging or something will most probably be done with a knife

@echochambered_ Don't get a pepper gun. People will react like it's a real gun, and you can still do serious enough damage with one that the law will treat it like a real gun.

@MakoMakt thanks for the advice, yeah I have to look into the legal end here how pepper gun vs. pepper spray is treated. luckily I don't have to worry about getting blasted

@echochambered_ I feel like pepper gun works here, only reason it doesnt really get recommended is because you'll just get blasted here in the US. Just double check laws but pepper spray can be finicky with wind even with the gel ones
