@insituphile Completely agree. Saying no changes and/or diminishes future opportunities, and thus shapes careers. So knowing which opportunities to say no to is pretty important

I don't know if it's just a matter of learning how to say it. It's also a matter of learning what the repercussions of doing so would be and/or being past feeling you need to worry about them.
