I don’t. People would flock to employer if they paid a good wage to people who worked solid. You pay the minimum you get the minimum in return. My first job at 16 years old I was paid $3:25 an hour. I busted my ass and they gave me a raise to $4.25. I was ok at 16 earning that. Then they raised minimum wage to $4.50. Suddenly I realized my hard work is equal to the lazy jerks in pay. That’s when I realized how crappy this all was.
