Last week in NYC, @enterpret_ai sponsored the @PLEDalliance CPO Summit. I had the chance to share a message I’m hearing more and more from product leaders: We’re shipping faster than ever… with less confidence it’s the right thing. AI collapsed the cost of building. It didn’t collapse the cost of deciding what matters. That gap is the Customer Clarity Gap, and it’s where a lot of “wasted engineering effort” hides. A few things that really resonated in conversations at the booth: 1. Context matters more than volume: 400 requests can be worth less than 12 when you tie feedback to revenue/retention. 2 Customer understanding has to be continuous, not quarterly. 3. Insights only exist if they’re embedded where teams work (e.g. Slack, Linear, Claude Code/Cowork). What surprised me (in a good way): almost every conversation quickly landed on the importance of the Context Graph, connecting feedback to business context and impact. We also heard consistent excitement about extensibility through Wisdom + our MCP Server, and strong interest in proactive customer intelligence through Enterpret's AI Agents like Quality Monitor and Escalation Agent and more.
