Its genuinely concerning that so many ex refs point to Haaland not reacting to Gabriel thrusting his head towards him as a reason for his action not being deemed violent conduct. Surely violent conduct is based on the action of the perpetrator and not the reaction of the victim?

I know he’s having a tough time, but I don’t think I would give the armband to VDV in Romero’s absence. He’s cost us a few times this season and really doesn’t look like his heart is in it. Bentancur or Porro for me.

Am I crazy to think without those 3 slips that was a decent Spurs performance. Essentially it’s 2-2 and without the drama of the 3 mistakes we could have actually won it. We had same shots as Atletico and only marginally less position. 1.41 Xg away in Europe.

That Ange Postecoglou interview is absolute cinema from start to finish. Right up there with the recent Mohamed Salah bombshell at Leeds and the Cristiano Ronaldo one a few years ago. Damning revelations of his time at Spurs, but also really measured and balanced too.

Spurs are a shambles. The club and its fans deserve each other. I would love it if they got relegated.

@IanDarke Yes mate, getting promoted through the play-offs with Mbuemo, Watkins, Toney, Norgaard and Raya was class work.. they’ve really struggled without him. Should stick with the awful football and the lowest points per game average..

Spurs fans might want to lay off Thomas Frank and just give him a chance to see where he can take the club. What he did at Brentford indicates he knows what he is doing. A little patience works better than calls for him to go. Oh , and 3rd in UCL league phase is not too shabby.
