@zekramu slack is a solution for an artificially created problem where you have tons of people who cant work by themselves so you have to micromanage them
In my last team for which I hired people myself we were basically using slack only for sharing memes, eveyone was working autonomously

I should make a list of icks when i'm talking to people that make me immediately discredit that person's other technical opinions. People citing years of experience, degrees, or individual programming languages as if they're totally different concepts from one another etc.
