@windbite @9to5mac The price had been like this since Mar/Apr. The additional tariff adjustment for US destinations was because of this bloke @realDonaldTrump . We too hope we could use off the shelf NANDs to make this, for a much lower cost. We can’t, it’s Apple’s NAND 😮‍💨

@expandmacmini @9to5mac What’s the shame is that you guys jack up the prices after reviewer start publicizing for you. Hopefully you guys get some much-needed competition because you’re charging more than double for a 2 TB brand name ssd on any other computer.
