@experteerworld Experteer doesn't allow cancellations. I have tried many times but I am still a premium member. My service will auto-renew because cancellation is impossible. Experteer is just taking money no matter what.

I (seemingly) signed up 2015 - didn't even actually complete registration. Have heard nothing from them until 2018. Post GDPR have now tried to delete my 'account' and have found the process to be underhandedly obstructive, complex and evasive.

@BBCWatchdog I wonder if anyone else has reported @experteerworld to you prior to now? Would love for you to investigate and report...incredibly unsavoury practices around signing people up, taking their money and a deliberately complex unsubscription process. AWFUL.
