@lufthansa The Miles&More booking engine doesn’t work anymore, you had previously announced it will work until the 2nd of June 6 am now it’s already stuck. It shows Miles&More B2 on top. Please fix it. Not fair to cancel it even before the announced time.

Have asked @BritishGasHelp to refund a credit of 270£, nothing happened. It’s kind of funny that electricity and gas companies are basically getting a free credit from their customers but paying no interest rate.

@HeathrowAirport The calibration of your new body scanner system is really bad, it slows down the process significantly. The new machines always detect possible issue areas, where there is absolutely nothing. on the positive:luggage scan has improved.
