I treadmilled 10k today yay

I can’t describe how it feels to lose 20kgs and then gain back 30kgs then lose 10kgs all in the span of tree years I feel like my body hates me

when I was living alone I wrote calories on a calendar in the livingroom one day I have friends over for dinner one looks at the calendar and goes “what are those numbers?” I go silent and then say “steps .. I try to walk more” the numbers were like 400-500 more silence
