@MacticsG1 @A_A_Leeder @RyGilliam I’d say most people who play Elden Ring are doing so for the challenge, not the loot. Fair amount of D2 players play for the loot and want to be able to obtain it without that much of a challenge. Different crowds with different mindsets. I like the challenge in D2 as well.

Elden Ring (and its DLC) is one of the most beloved games of the last half decade. I don’t have a problem with Cryo’s difficulty level. But I’d encourage people to try and think deeper about the current conversation than “people just don’t like challenge anymore.”
