“I feel lucky that my mum was allowed to come here”- really good to hear alongside some useful ideas about how to make the switch from a care home feel less scary

Today we came to Logandene to hear from staff, service users and families about life on the Unit. We heard positive things about getting it right for some people and we also heard about how we can do some things better. Important to follow up and learn.

Carers and families have to trust our teams with their loved ones - at Lambourne Grove we heard how kind our staff are and how welcoming and safe it feels to be cared for here. Well done Team LG
