They have hint him or he has seen the outrage online that is why he sounded like that.

First, who is the Rotimi guy and what is his affiliation to the said group?
Second, he sounded like someone irritated for being asked questions concerning the organisation. No customer service persona at all.
Thirdly, the website dropped by Rotimi is different from the one on the invoice they posted. Asking questions no be attack, na for clarification.
