What agents like OpenClaw really sell is a promise of a more productive life once you set them up. Same with many other AI tools, systems like GTD/BAASB, etc.

It amuses me that all modern health practices that are getting very popular (things like sauna, fasting, fermented foods like sauerkraut, strength training, cold exposure, etc.) is exactly what my grandfather did about 60 years ago in USSR. He’s 86 right now and thriving. Indeed nothing is new under the sun.

If more people watch TikTok then read books today, that doesn’t mean we should stop writing books.

One common issue with personalization in all LLMs is how distracting memory seems to be for the models. A single question from 2 months ago about some topic can keep coming up as some kind of a deep interest of mine with undue mentions in perpetuity. Some kind of trying too hard.

How about Livin’ (24h)? With a capital L, and a playful wink ‘ at the Universe. Taking risks. Pursuing what *you* want, not what the culture makes you want. Making bold moves. Doing. Re-doing. Starting all over again. Smiling. Loving. Really looking forward to tomorrow. Being. No need for “habits” if you get this one right.

The 9 highest ROI habits on earth (do these daily): - meditation (20 mins) - prospecting (1 hour) - speaking (30 mins) - writing (1 hour) - sungazing (1 min) - workout (3x a week) - talking to family (10 mins) - walking (12,000 steps) - reading (30 mins) Compounding effects are insane.

@CompSciFact I like this quote on the subject: “There is nothing more practical than a good theory” — Kurt Lewin.
