We as humans are born with these voices. If we sound cool then we've either worked hard to get our voice to that place or we have won the genetic lottery but that's not how we book our roles. The real key is in the SKILL of ACTING.
Aleks's story is not dissimilar to many other figures you know. We've all had to, and continue to have to work hard to keep booking in our extremely competitive field.
Don't hate on his success whilst disregarding his journey, hard work and continued efforts. Work harder so you can accomplish just the as much and more.

VO Story time! A super well-known acting teacher once told me I needed to change my voice so it was lower... it was during a scene study class and my goal at the time was to work on-camera in TV/film. She gave me some exercises to work on doign this, but instead... 1/?
