@FlySWISS je pense que c’est littéralement la pire compagnie du monde rien à voir avec la Suisse, les plateformes téléphoniques se trouve à Bamako et pas de personnels au sol

How can you serve someone veg when they want non veg
One crew member was kind tyo offer me his meal but this is not done
There is no option to book a non veg meal and so the default should be non veg

@FlySWISS Why do I have issues logging in the app for weeks, yes I changed password few times, reinstall the app, still doesn't work! Can't reach customer service phone number. I'm losing my travel points obviously booking as a guest. Pretty embarrassing for the company like swiss!

SWISS flight LX123 from Seoul to Zurich diverted to Almaty today due to a medical emergency involving the co-pilot. Three doctors on board provided immediate assistance. Our teams are supporting all those affected. Further updates will follow.

Disappointed with @FlySWISS
After a misunderstanding at the gate for LX92 Zurich → São Paulo, I was denied boarding despite arriving before departure and later released without charges the same day.
I never used my ticket and was travelling to see my mother in Brazil
