@FlySWISS You guys are scammers. You charged me 3 times flight , just to tell me we did see my payment yet you the one who did the transaction. I have all the proof to show all this I called more than 30 times. Guys to save yourself from this stress don’t just book with this company.

2/4 When we boarded the plane it was clear seats 8A and 8B were not broken. There were people sitting in our seats! It was clear the business section was overbooked. EU regulations ask for volunteers to downgrade or rebook. Ground staff should not lie and deceive passengers.

1/4 @FlySWISS On 15 April at Changi Airport, we were called to the terminal 2 transfer desk by Air Swiss ground staff by text. We were informed our Business Class seats on LX177 to Zurich were “broken.” To travel on LX177 and keep to our itinerary we must downgrade to prem econ.

@FlySWISS you charged my partner 70 euros to check in his luggage even though there are other people on this flight with much larger suitcases. Very unfair and rather discriminatory. Requesting a full refund for the 70 euros… Never flying with your company again.Awful experience
