@Lufthansa Hello. My passport has a single given name: "Sunil Kumar" (no last name). On my booking, First is Sunil and Middle is Kumar. The system shows both, but my printed boarding pass only shows "Sunil LNU". Is this format valid to fly? This happened because of my student id which has Sunil Kumar LNU name and I linked with @lufthansa app. @Lufthansa_USA
Even I am charged 300 USD for name correction.

worst flight of my life on @lufthansa
attendant spills ginger ale on me at takeoff. ok, accidents happen
hours later another attendant spills HOT tea on me. i get burned. clothes, seat, everything soaked
i ask for a dry seat. crew manager arrives 30 min later YELLING at me
i ask for compensation. she finger-points telling me to shut up and that she'll have me DETAINED on landing
i start crying. she takes me to the galley to offer "a solution"
the solution: a 5€ voucher to clean my clothes
i tell her i'm recording. she switches to german to keep yelling and told me that i can't record
i have video. but i'd rather not post me crying with my burnt leg out here
then on my connection flight they charged me for the carry-on that was included and approved on my previous lufthansa flight. that lady was also rude
seems like lufthansa only hires disrespectful people
worst travel experience of my life. honestly not sure what to do

@lufthansa @united United Airlines and Lufthansa Airlines partner together for international flights. My son’s luggage has been lost for a week! He is in a foreign country by himself with nothing! Both Lufthansa and United are blaming each other for losing his luggage! Help!

@Lufthansa We experienced a 36h35min delay on our OTP→TFS flight in February 2026 — affecting 3 passengers including a child. We submitted a formal claim under EC 261/2004 (€1,800) + Montreal Convention damages (hotel, car rental, meals) = €2,133.54 total. Wow @Lufthansa service at DFW today was unbelievable. booked seats online yesterday, but the counter agent changed them and claimed Lufthansa doesn’t guarantee online seat selections. Instead of helping, she just argued. Extremely rude and misleading. Lying outright on the face.
