It is awe-inspiring to see just how farcically bad @lufthansa’s customer service is. First our flight got canceled because of a company strike, then it has been impossible—even for JHU’s dedicated travel agency (!)—to get a response from them to change flights. Avoid if possible.

@lufthansa in Frankfurt’s two hours waiting for the luggage and suddenly someone found out that he luggage was put into the plane for next morning. So no fresh clothes nothing and nobody told anything. Unbelievable.

9+ hours in the plane. From Frankfurt to Alta, 2 times tried to land , then to Kittila, nobody out. Back to Frankfurt. No info after landing. Suitcases at line 18. 2 hours waiting no suitcases. No fresh clothes, toothbrush, medicine nothing. Do these people have a brain?

Refund still not received for Bengaluru–Munich Lufthansa flight booked via MakeMyTrip. Ticket was cancelled on 9 March 2026, and refund of ₹2,20,873 was confirmed, but it’s delayed beyond timeline. Need immediate update. @makemytrip @lufthansa

@lufthansa You owe me reimbursement for personal effects purchased after a technical issue with the plane’s door meant almost all passengers’ luggage was left on the plane and sent back to the departure point, with no luggage for nearly a week.

@lufthansa I was LH980 at 15.18 (2mins early) today to Dublin from Frankfurt. The crew were incredible. I don't know what the proper way is to commend them but I fly all the time but felt I needed to point how exceptional they were.
