Nyse has become only a mean reversion session for indices. ICT traders are getting slaughtered because their main focus is expansion. If you hold more than 1:1-1:2 max you are cooked. My suggestion. Wait on a sweep of one side of the range then look for price to go back into the range and take 1:1 then close your computer for the day. Or choose another pair that’s expanding. People will tell you this is how the market is supposed to be. I don’t agree with it but that’s how it is for the unforeseeable future. This was the market last year this time compared to now. It’s night and day difference. We were never taught to trade 1:1 rr as an ICT trader but my previous experience lets me know what type of market this is. Adjust or quit trading until we go back to expansion.
