@DoctorTurtleboy Problems at the crime lab in the DNA Unit. It’s been 2 years investigating what they consider to be a bad 🍎 not ANOTHER system failure. Where are the defense attorneys? Where is the news media? I would think systemic forensic failure would be public interest?

The CW's motion filed today is absolutely wild, and when they filed it they probably had no idea that the sallyport video they played yesterday was doctored. Yesterday the CW played a video of the Canton PD sallyport. The defense had never seen it before, but Auntie Bev allowed it to be shown to the jury anyways. In less than 24 hours, Alan Jackson reviewed the video, identified that was "mirrored" and that a portion of time was deleted, and that Michael Proctor is in the video alone next to the taillight and clearly acting shady. "Mirroring" (horizontally flipping) the video made it seem like you were looking at the passenger side of the Lexus and you could see that nobody tampered with the murderous taillight on that side. In reality, you were looking at the driver's side and you couldn't see the taillight on the passenger side, where Michael Proctor was all alone right next to the broken taillight. However, before AJ began his cross-exam today showing that the video was doctored, the Norfolk DA's office filed a motion to prevent testimony from one of the defendant's expert witnesses. The wild part is that the CW accused the defense of acting in bad faith and "surprising" the CW by notifying them about an expert witness on May 21st, who is expected to testify in late June about JO's injuries being consistent with Chloe bites. Lally and Morrissey FUCKED UP BIG TIME. Showing the sallyport video that they never disclosed to the defense yesterday was bad enough. The fact it was mirrored and had time missing and Bukkake testified it was "an accurate portrayal" of the scene is slam-dunk, concrete evidence that the DA's office, the MSP and the CW's witnesses are acting in bad faith. Yet these dipshits claimed it was the defense acting in bad faith by notifying the CW about an expert witness on May 21st who won't be testifying until the end of June. The CW also wants the defense to basically disclose the exact testimony that it's other expert witnesses will give, along with every document they will rely on so the CW can have a voir dire "to determine whether each of these four proposed experts are qualified to render an opinion about crash reconstruction." These are the expert witnesses with PhD's that the FBI used in the federal grand jury investigation to prove that JO's injuries are not consistent with being struck by a vehicle, and the damage to Karen's tail light is not consistent with hitting a person. You know...the DOJ's ongoing public corruption investigation focused on the actions of the Norfolk DA's office, the MSP and Canton PD in this case (and others). Lally has Trooper Bukkake on the stand playing doctor testifying about injuries and claiming that a mirrored video is accurate, but the biomechanical engineers with PhD's who the FBI hires for investigations aren't qualified to opine about crash reconstruction? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? Also, someone told Bev about this motion right after AJ proved the sallyport video was doctored, and this is why it looked like Bev was crying when she dismissed the jurors. She realized this has become an absolute shitshow, and that she has been presiding in a case where Michael Morrissey's office and the MSP are knowingly framing an innocent woman...and Bev has no clue what to do now. @DoctorTurtleboy I think it’s weird Bukhenik would be called before the ME. The ME logically would have followed the ER docs. We also haven’t heard from MSP DNA, which should logically have followed MH. Maybe out of order due to scheduling/availability?

Today is the final day of the 6th week of the Commonwealth's case against Karen Read. We still have not heard from the lead investigator or the medical examiner. However, we have heard extensively from the Pembroke 6.5 from Aruba who's still salty over being called a skank 3 years ago.
