We'll only deliver emission cuts at speed & scale if the transition is fair. @IPPRScotland w/ @OxfamScotland @sfha_hq explore how clean heating can be paid for fairly. ⏬ Full grants for those on low incomes, with better off (who tend to pollute more) paying more via fair taxes

Meeting Scotland's climate targets requires significant new action, including fundamentally changing the way we heat/insulate our homes. The way it's paid for must be fair & protect those on low incomes. Those with more money, who on average pollute more, should pay more.
