@KLM_UK Our 3 bags have been lost since June 15, flying AMS-EDI. Have contacted you and airport online, on email, WhatsApp & DM - no response anywhere. What can we do? Really frustrating!

@EDI_Airport @KLM_UK Have tried contacting @KLM multiple times but no response outside this thread. Have reported luggage with @swissportNews at @EDI_Airport but they say the arrivals hall is full of bags so we just have to wait. 6 days and counting, it is getting ridiculous.
