I just shared a new analysis of Japan’s hospital-operating medical corporations (FY2016–2022).
• Corporations decreased from 4,631 → 4,469
• FY2022 assets: 15.9 trillion JPY; revenues: 12.5 trillion JPY
• Smaller corporations were less resilient, especially during COVID-19
