It is wise to direct your anger towards problems -- not people; to focus your energies on answers -- not excuses.

At 24, Jordan Hadaway is the @CymruLeagues youngest boss - rebuilding @LlandudnoFC and chasing silverware on three fronts.
What made him choose coaching over playing? What drives his rise? 👀 Spoiler, a @NUFC figure plays a part.

@allman1_2_1 @gaffer1968 As soon as ye raise ye hands ye open yourself up to be sent off. That’s always been the rule, so ye cant moan when ye get sent off for it 🤣.

A constant, relentless, never-ending judgement…
That’s what sporting head coaches (and players) face in the modern world of high performance sport.
I agree with my old boss, Arne Slot. Coaches, players, and teams need to be judged over a full season or at least half a season. Ideally, they are judged over two to three seasons.
But day-to-day commentary is now the norm. Endless sporting channels with space to fill and countless social media platforms with opinions to share mean that coaches, players, and teams are bombarded with criticism.
And this is why, in my opinion, teams at every level of the elite need mental frameworks. Frameworks that are broad, deep, and robustly delivered can hold no matter the noise from the outside, and no matter the rumblings on the inside.
Take the framework I tend to use with clients (and that I worked with Arne to use at Feyenoord)…
Mindset - from High Performance Mindset (HPM) to Low Performance Mindset (LPM). With three critical mental skills constantly feeding the quality of mindset players have - attention, intensity, intent.
“No matter the noise we stick to our HPM - as individuals and as teammates. No matter winning or losing we work every day on attention, intensity, intent. No matter a good or bad performance, we go back into training with session designs that continue to high stretch and high support players around competitive mindset.”
Shhhh…
Calm. Relaxed. Focused. Developing. Improving. Preparing…
Mental frameworks, where the whole organisation is all-in and committed to executing, enable teams to quietly go about their business…optimising performances and outcomes no matter the noise around them.

@gaffer1968 I predicted this would happen Dave, I said last season he won the lead with Klopps team and tactics, this Season he’s done his own thing - I felt all the players really respected Klopp, I don’t see the same with Slot

Jordan Hadaway is doing some work at Llandudno. Top of Cymru North. Knocks Nomads out of the Welsh Cup. Only 24 years old.

An unbelievably hard working manager who did everything and more for the club. To be pushed out by toxic people is a disgrace. Hold your head high mate

@SamueILFC Would I not be better off wearing a hearing aid to hear rather than glasses to see and observe how off his game he's been
English

@SamueILFC No one is disrespecting him they are given an honest view based on their observation of how low par he has been.
English

He's done what he did, which he thought was best for him. It's time to move on and welcome the lad back to where he began his career path.
Welcome home, lad, and hopefully, you get a welcome, well-deserved of your service to our club ❤️ @TrentAA
