One thing I love about my YC batch is that, with frequency of > 1 a day, I learn about a new project and my first reaction is "I was literally looking for that yesterday". Our friends at @panoradotdev are building an open-source unified API that allows you to pour any external data into your LLMs. You can chat with their repo on Code Sage.

The chance of getting a direct job offer is higher if you contribute to funded projects in open source. Because their reputation is strong and you don't really know who is watching you in open source! Check the list. dev.to/taipy/25-funde… @Taipy_io @hoppscotch_io

The circle of SaaS life: - incumbent product raises prices - price sensitive customers look to switch - low price competitor appears, users jump ship - low price competitor grows fast but then stalls - raises prices - go to step 1 🤪

@yongfook Adding the right integrations is the first step to land your product in enterprise customers hands. Spoiler: we’re building something open-source to help you achieve that 😎

Every SaaS company eventually needs to go "up market" (attract bigger LTV clients) but this feels like foreign territory for the average indiehacker like me. What are some good resources on how to approach this? Or is it simply: hire an experienced sales person?

We've got five different ticketing systems we're trying to build integrations with. They use five different formats for timestamps in their REST responses. None of them are actually ISO or RFC format It would be hard to do things this incorrectly if you were trying

Open-sourcing can help you win on: - security: through codebase transparency - go-to-market: get into your ideal customer’s stack before they can afford to pay your competitors product - extensibility: contributors adding connectors or long-tail features
