Nobody could convince me that Joyce wasn't a shitty parent to Chloe. David was ofc much worse but she's such an enabler. Her and David reminded me of my parents except both my parents were also physically abusive.

@geek_WAVE_games Not really my views on specific games, but this article articulates well the hurdles and pitfalls of making games or sequels for fans rather than from a personal creative spark. We experienced it fully when we made LiS2 and got attacked for not continuing one of LiS1 endings.
no hate to these ppl but it’s just interesting how this is ppls first thought. daniel should be able to play outside his house without worrying that his entire life could change. sean should be able to be an angsty teenager without worrying that his dad will get shot by a cop.
