The ankh, also known as the key of life, is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol that represents eternal life, and by extension, life itself. It is often depicted in the hands of significant Egyptian figures, such as pharaohs, kings, and deities like Osiris, Isis, and Ra, and was traditionally placed in sarcophagi to ensure life.
