Mike Ortiz, 30, who lives in Belmore, was sitting on the grass by the beach at the time when he heard around 10 gunshots ring out. He took his camera and filmed crowds of people running out of the sea and up towards him while the shots continue.
He told The Telegraph: “It happened so fast, we heard gunshots, immediately everyone was running away. I couldn’t see directly where it was all happening.
