@GooglePlay i can't use my Google Play balance for almost 3 months now. After trying all basic troubleshoots and multiple convos with support that is mostly AI - only answer i'm getting is there are incinsistencies. I'm a long time user and i regularly redeem gift cards.

@GooglePlay I cancelled my LinkedIn Premium subscription before the renewal date, but I was still charged. Currently, my Linked In account shows no active subscription. Please review and issue a refund

@GooglePlay yes.. also tried this support.google.com/googleplay/wor… but here it does not show the linkedin premium as purchased...instead shows cancelled ( which i had done ..but why charged then ? ) even though the amount has been deducted

@GooglePlay Facing a billing issue with LinkedIn Premium purchased from google play. Cancelled before renewal, but still google play still charged ₹1,387.50. No Premium access, and refund request page is stuck in a loop. Can someone from google play assist?

@GooglePlay This is not a refund denial — the refund was APPROVED but declined at payment level due to a card change. The money never reached me. This is a failed transaction, not a refund decision. Please escalate to your billing/payments specialist team.

@GooglePlay I have already exhausted all basic troubleshooting in that link, which is exactly why I'm reaching out here. My balance has been locked since I redeemed a gift card purchased at Walgreens on March 7th. It's preventing me from spending the balance as well as redeeming more cards.

@GooglePlay But it appears on my e-wallet app it shows that I've been charged for my YouTube Premium monthly subscription. But i was charged before the due date, i went to cancel the subscription to get a refund but the purchase wasn't there when I wanted to get a refund.

@GooglePlay My refund for a CapCut Yearly Subscription (NGN 32,465.12) was declined on Aug 27, 2025 and I never received the money. My payments page clearly shows 'Refund Declined'. Please help me resolve this. #GooglePlay
