@BofA_Help never in my career have I seen you all request someone elses bank statements this file was supposed to close in April !! Why are you delaying this transaction? We need answers please. Why was documentation not properly noted on your end for the last 90 days?

@BofA_Help WHY do you need the buyers SSN and bank statements for a short sale? The loan commitment to lend that was provided to clear the file to close before we were further delayed by a short sale should suffice. What is going on here??
