@BankofAmerica BOA continues with its ridiculous way of asking for 2F-A authetication to call a 800 phone number instead of a registered phone number. Can someone take a look? Here is a proof while trying to add a USB key.

Clearly I don’t need my physical card from @BankofAmerica @BofA_Help. My card has been missing for weeks and I have to wait another 2 weeks before I get my physical card? Why wasn’t my card expedited?? This is ridiculous. You guys delayed my credit card as well earlier this yr.

Today banks & financial shysters allege they are making life easier, but that's an outright lie. All their systems, without exemption, are deliberately designed to be as hostile, unhelpful and humiliating as possible. Take trying to transfer a few bucks from your @BankofAmerica checking account to your own @PayPal account. Almost impossible! This is due to BofA's policy to prevent transfers out of it to other institutions. They pretend to help, but any transfer is mental health nightmare. And as for @BofA_Help chatbot, Erica ... Let's just say, if it was in charge of the Strait of Hormuz, not a single craft from dinghy to tanker would ever get past it. It is the universe's most effective blockade tool ever conceived. Two hours 28 minutes and you are still nowhere. AAAAAAAAGH!!!!

Its so frustating to see @BankofAmerica branch in NJ is not able to deposit a valid check from @TDBank_US ,into my account.thereis nothing wrong with the check only thing they cannot scan the check. so probably my money is gone. thanks to @BankofAmerica

@BankofAmerica is the worst. Allowed a scammer to open a $10k credit line in my name. I file a fraud a claim, locked my accounts, and when my auto payment bounced back due to my checking being locked, you all close my CC of 5 years. As if you care, after 27 years I’m gone.

In 2009 A couple in Florida had paid cash in full on a foreclosed home in Naples. The bank makes an error and tries to foreclose on them thinking it was the previous owner. They hired a lawyer and had the foreclosure dismissed in two months. The bank was ordered to pay the Legal fees the couple had incurred. After months of not hearing back from the bank, they took further court action and was granted a writ of execution. They showed up to a branch of BOA with a moving truck, and sheriff’s deputies as they were allowed to start loading up the BANK’s assets. The manager wasn’t happy about this and finally wrote them a check for the money that they were owed. Score one for the little guy !!!

Why is it so difficult to setup a wire from a @BankofAmerica HELOC? Multiple calls and one week later I am still waiting for them to send me a form to fill out. So frustrating!!!
