@BofA_Help I need to close a savings account (currently with $0 balance), but I’m unable to do it via mobile banking, online, or by phone—it appears blocked. I’m currently outside the U.S. Is there another way to close it? Thanks.

@BankofAmerica You closed my zero balance credit card in 2023. You're reporting derogatory remarks on my husband's credit report, although he was only an authorized user. Customer service cannot find my closed account using my social, so why is anything being reported for him?

In 2003, Bank of America forced its IT workers to train their H-1B replacements or lose their severance. On April 17, Kevin Flanagan was let go after seven years at the bank. He never left the parking lot. His father Tom gave one interview. "He knew for a year that Bank of America was dumping programmers and tech people, and he knew it was coming. And he knew people from India were brought into his building and trained to do his job and sent back to New Delhi." In 2024 they laid off more than 10,000 American workers across technology and back-office divisions. The same year they filed 790 new H-1B visa applications.

@BankofAmerica your online fraud claims make you call. Then you call wait 10 minutes and they tell you to go online. Stop thanking me for being a loyal customer. It takes an hour to deal with fraud on each card which occurs every three months. I ask to have an appraisal with a security specialist and they just keep thanking me for being a preferred customer

Do not keep your money with @BankofAmerica in January someone stole my wifes debit card and used it at Arby's and Dunkin Donuts and charged $300, $300, $50, $50 in four transactions back to back. BOA then tells me that this is not fraud and it was my authorized by me. Theives.

@BankofAmerica BOA is refusing to refund a wire transfer fee. Wire failed due to employee error. I corrected her twice for misspelling address of beneficiary and she said it didn’t matter. Then it failed and I’m charged $30 for nothing. Please help.

@realDonaldTrump @BankofAmerica is still taking advantage of customers. Allowing credit to exceed limits creating a hardship for the customer. Customer Service won’t help and hangs up on requests.

Hey @BofA_Help, I’m an international client in Argentina and I’ve been denied access to my own funds for 3 days due to a massive bank error. A supervisor even told me I had to "change my citizenship". This is discriminatory and factually wrong. Help me NOW. #ConsumerRights #CFPB

Stay away from @BankofAmerica. Their online account management not only allows you to change the password for other people, it makes it probable that you do that by mistake. This is the worst security I have ever experienced in an online product, and it is "working as designed".

@BankofAmerica wow customer service is absolutely trash the amount of hoops to jump through just to get a new debit card. What's wild is NOBODY in the actual brick and mortar bank will help you do anything
