@wildflower_hour I've noticed on brambles at my local nature reserve @StNicksFields each fruit cluster has a single ripe berry, while all the others are still very unripe, red or green. Might there be a biological reason for this? Or am I seeing patterns that are a coincidence?

Whilst at @melbourne_cps last week time was also spent making 'pledge animals’ - each containing a scroll on which is written a simple action people can do to help wildlife, such as growing wildflowers, leaving an area of lawn uncut or making a bug hotel 🌿🦋🐛🐝🐞
