After posting the video all over the internet, she claimed she had been sexually assaulted and even filed a police report. The customer reported the incident, which led to an investigation and the deactivation of Henderson’s DoorDash account for violating privacy policies. Henderson now faces two felony charges: unlawful surveillance for amusement or profit, and unlawful dissemination of a surveillance image to sell or publish.
