@turkvekilii I don't know what would be better, but I'll try and see if there's room for improvement. I'll mess around with their size. Btw these are also extra big cause they are criticals, normal damage is a lot smaller just for extra context.

@haezdev also I find it tiring to the eyes when a number appears directly on the enemy's body when they take damage. this is okay for 3D platformers but it looks ugly in an open world. wouldn't it be better if they took up a smaller space in a corner of the screen just like collactables?

実はこのプロジェクト、始めた当初は長期開発になると思っておらず、モデルサイズをかなり甘く見ていました。
UE4 に入れたら想像以上に小さく、BP の MeshComponent で拡大して誤魔化していたのですが、開発が進んでアニメーションアセット内でエフェクトや攻撃判定を付け始めたあたりから、元サイズで表示される問題が噴出。
Niagara 側でオフセットやスケールをかけてさらに誤魔化していたものの、さすがに限界を感じて、今週はモデルサイズを正しく修正しました。
その結果、案の定サイズ変更の影響で不具合が続出しています。
ちなみにサードパーソンテンプレート基準=人サイズなので、このゾイドたち、全高約150cmという事実も判明。
そんなわけで、今週の進捗は「サイズ修正・不具合対応・落下事故」です。
