I must express my dissatisfaction with JLR It is frustrating to hear that, despite the fact that I am dealing with an issue that seems to fall outside of the warranty but still likely related to a manufacturing or material defect, JLR is unwilling to offer any support

@RangeRover a discretionary “goodwill” request and subsequently declined support. Given the vehicle’s relatively low mileage,, and exemplary service record, an engine failure of this nature is not consistent with reasonable expectations of durability for a premium vehicle
