After sales service at @RangeRover is unacceptable. Paying 300K for a vehicle and receiving this level of poor maintenance and customer service is disappointing. Staff like engineer Mostafa Ramadan at the Khurais branch in Riyadh are damaging the company’s reputation.

Disgusting and disgraceful service from . Their so-called 24x7 roadside assistance is nothing but a false promise. My car was left stranded for hours with zero support, and we were forced to arrange and pay for towing ourselves. @InteractiveLR @RangeRover

@RangeRover Extremely disappointed with the experience from Jaguar Land Rover. My Range Rover Sport (TS07JQ2233), owned by APR Projects, has suffered a complete engine failure at just 70,000 km — despite being meticulously maintained with timely servicing throughout. What’s more frustrating: * The vehicle has been sitting at the service center for over 3 months * Initial repair estimate of ₹22L, later reduced to ₹8.5L after discussions with Service Manager Mr. Srinivas. * Even this revised cost is completely unacceptable given the vehicle’s premium positioning, low mileage, and proper maintenance history This raises serious concerns about product reliability and customer support standards. A luxury vehicle failing this early is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable. I urge senior management at Jaguar Land Rover to: * Take immediate notice of this issue * Provide a fair and justified resolution (preferably full support / goodwill repair) * Reinforce the trust customers place in your brand Hoping for a swift intervention and resolution. #RangeRover #JaguarLandRover #CustomerExperience #Automotive #India

@RangeRover My incontrol app is in sleep mode I suspect expired subscription. Last year I just subscribed to the incontrol app. But this year it includes tracker. I don’t need the tracker. ( pointless ). Why can’t I just subscribe to the In control app

If, as expected, the diagnosis shows another vehicle has suffered a DC-DC converter failure, I'll get a hire car... expected wait for diagnosis? 10 weeks

monitoring network after the batteries have been replaced. Now car is in permanent “theft mode” and i cannot use my app to check on it, use the remote climate feature or PHEV charging status. Garage doesn't want to do anything about it. @RangeRover, this is quite lame for (5/6)

@RangeRover car auxiliary battery dies without any warning whatsoever. Brakes are controlled by the auxiliary battery - so I end up having no brakes. Luckily not while I was doing 70mph on the highway. I end up getting AA to load my car on a trailer and drop me to a garage. (1/6)
