Doesn't hit quite as hard but it's a lot slower and can still deal some damage through protect to prevent just stalling turns.

All the meta Megas, Rotom-W, Scarf Basculegion, Whimsicott, Sneasler, Aerodactyl, and Garchomp are all faster. 92 isn't ideal but it's workable rn when a lot of teams only have Incineroar to underspeed you.

One of these groups is a proven customer so the answer is obvious

Wouldn't call it the best meta with how strong froslass is at clean up or how good delphox is at sweeping. That doesn't factor in the old megas that are tearing up
