@ravenscimaven I put homes under the hammer on TV, snuggle sitting up on the sofa with no lights on and usually find I'm asleep in 10 minutes. Or listen to an audio book you are very familiar with. For me it's all about shutting my brain up so I can sleep.

Today I’m feeling stronger and less fatigued than I have in a while. The thing is I can’t get any sleep. I try everything. Breathing exercises, meditation, lights off, no sound, even Benadryl. Nothing is working. I gotta get some sleep.

This is my son Addison. He’s 3 months old and yesterday he tested positive for COVID. My wife and I are vaxxed/boosted but hes obv not. He’s miserable. Can barely sleep, fever, nonstop crying. Pls get vaxxed. If not for yourself, for our little ones who can’t protect themselves.

First time radish harvest! I don’t usually tell people we want to be self sufficient in veg as it seems improbable! What we have seen so far is that we need to push the growing seasons a lot more and also preserve in different ways. We also need a lot more radishes!
