I feel like I’m struggling a lot at the moment but I’m also fine? Like everything is okay and generally I’m alright but it’s like someone’s dimmed everything inside of me and life just feels a bit heavy

@dinocoffeequeen No fr tho like making a plan to eat normally feels like restricting and restricting triggers binging so if I plan to eat ‘normally’ I end up binging bc my brain thinks im restricting but if I don’t plan my meals I feel out of control and end up binging

3 meals a day feels like restriction when ur a binge eater

Technically not discharged until they find out if psychotherapies will accept the referral but I have this weird feeling they won’t and then I’ll be stuck

ED services referring my to psychotherapy services bc they don’t offer the type of therapy they think would help me and also aren’t going to do physical monitoring while I wait bc I’m ‘stable’ so I was basically discharged lmao
