Just an update: @etsy closed my shop without notice during the days leading up to the Oscars, the only time each year I have a product to sell. They reopened the shop today without a word... the day after the event. When nobody needs party stuff. Etsy sellers, FYI.

So, @Etsy just put my shop in vacation mode with no notice and sent auto replies to customers asking for my product: "Hello and thanks for your message! I’m working on fulfilling my current orders right now, and will reopen shortly." I didn't write that. What the?!

@Etsy Yes, I tried that, but the only option available to me there is to file an appeal on a suspended account. Not sure if that applies to the Vacation Mode problem, but I filled out the form yesterday. I read it can take weeks to resolve.
