Paid $400+ for my tickets (full playoffs), finals come - my section is full (people photoshopped their tickets) & all I was offered was to go to the 3rd floor as a solution ($150 tickets) Missed Map 1, 2 and 3 of the Major Finals. I want a solution to this. @StarLadder_CS

@illusnt @StarLadder_CS Same happened to me in section 111. No one scanned tickets meaning people just shared their .pdfs with their friends and the section was FULL. Also, the groups were "reserving" seats for others with jackets etc, bullying and harassing people to get out. Just horrible.

@illusnt @StarLadder_CS And then there were 2 seats, reserved by a hoodie and a T-shirt just infront of me. Sec 111 at the grad final.. the owners never arrived 🫠 security came once to check. asked about it and then left nothing happens. 2 empty seats for the entire grand final day..

@illusnt @StarLadder_CS We needed medical help on Saturday. Fortunately it wasn't the most time sensitive issue but we didn't know that then. I had to ask a security guard to get medical staff 4 times before he even responded. It then took another 30 minutes for anyone to show up. Not great.

@illusnt @StarLadder_CS I have insulin resistance and they had 0 options for food that would fit my diet. We also lost our seats when I went to walk with my wife so she could get some fresh air.
