There is a wrong misconception that your sensitivity in 4:3 fullscreen windowed is different than native. This is not true. CS2 reads raw mouse deltas, not screen pixels. Your sensitivity is same.

It feels like in trying to make ammo management a thing, Valve have made reloading much less tactical? Spam timings, reloading ahead of expected fights (especially the AWP, getting those 5 bullets back mid-rotate), this feels like a clunky solution to a problem that didn't exist?

The placebo effect is CRAZY. There's a study from 2002 where 180 people with osteoarthritis were split into three groups. One got standard surgery, one group got saline splashed in there and sewn back up, and the third got a totally fake surgery where they were cut open and closed up without doing anything. The people who got the fake surgery had just as much relief in pain and mobility as the people who actually got the surgery. The CS2 Ingame FPS limiter has improved when used with reflex . It works best upto 400 fps max ingame cap. Anything above that and you are better off uncapped. This should give you better temps, less load on gpu and around 1ms more input lag vs uncapped. Hope this helps.
