After 2 hours of waiting the @UberEats delivery person dropped the order and the app said it was going to try to find another person to deliver it. Seriously? Is this how the app always runs? Had to cancel the order because who wants cold food. Uber graciously waived a fee. Livid

Got an @UberEats gift card for my surgery so I wouldn’t have to cook and tried it out tonight. Been waiting for two hours watching my driver go from restaurant to restaurant and still hasn’t picked up my order, which will be ice cold if I ever get it. Ridiculous app.
