@CholaMS At the time of renewal I paid extra premium and was told that I will receive a card with difference amount. Surveyor tells me that for Hyundai cars the consumables will be only for 5k not above however its an addon in my policy and mentioned anywhere

@CholaMS My car met with an accident where the investigation and approval to start the work took 30 days after that DO took another 12 days, surveyor appointed don’t answer the calls neither the manager. When the DO was released my liability is 23k however I was told 10K
