Today I have ordered food from swiggy
One full afghani chaap from a restaurant
This is what i got and than I raised a complain to @Swiggy they closed the chats saying that the assistance will be provided in 7-8 days
I want to know @swiggyCOMPLAIN that is this correct ??

Down with fever and severe back pain today. Thought it was viral.
Opened @Swiggy instamart to order some medicines, added them to cart - and then it asked for a prescription. My first thought: where would I get one now?
But right there on the Swiggy app, there was an option for a telemedicine call. Within minutes, someone from @pharmeasyapp connected me to a doctor. He advised me on the right medicines, wrote a prescription, and in less than 20 minutes the medicines were at my doorstep.
That’s the power of the Indian startup ecosystem.
That’s the power of India’s e-commerce + healthcare integration.
Honestly, I don’t think this is possible anywhere else in the world. 🇮🇳🚀

I ordered something at 6 08 PM
At the time it was saying that will be delivered in 35 to 40 minutes.
Now its almost 2 hrs and it is still preparing. All after all it is showing on time😁.

@Swiggy I have ordered chicken fry through Swiggy app and without delivery the order delivery partner updated status as delivered and I reported the issue multiple time through Swiggy app and mailed to Swiggy support team as well. Still now didn't receive the money back.

I work with Woodrock for @Swiggy Instamart in Kolkata. Serious issues: customer complaints mishandled, supervisor calls avoided using fake “technical issues,” cases closed without resolution, refunds misused by supervisor as well, Request immediate audit of vendor operations.

Purchased items from Swiggy Instamart today. At checkout, a Paytm UPI coupon promised ₹30–₹300 cashback on transactions above ₹100, but it turned out to be misleading. Such fake offers break customer trust.
