Down with fever and severe back pain today. Thought it was viral. Opened @Swiggy instamart to order some medicines, added them to cart - and then it asked for a prescription. My first thought: where would I get one now? But right there on the Swiggy app, there was an option for a telemedicine call. Within minutes, someone from @pharmeasyapp connected me to a doctor. He advised me on the right medicines, wrote a prescription, and in less than 20 minutes the medicines were at my doorstep. That’s the power of the Indian startup ecosystem. That’s the power of India’s e-commerce + healthcare integration. Honestly, I don’t think this is possible anywhere else in the world. 🇮🇳🚀

@Swiggy I have ordered chicken fry through Swiggy app and without delivery the order delivery partner updated status as delivered and I reported the issue multiple time through Swiggy app and mailed to Swiggy support team as well. Still now didn't receive the money back.
