Perhaps check in on friends and family and support one another, whether it's picking up the phone or getting together over a cuppa. Our libraries have resources which may be helpful too, with activities such as Book Groups, Chatty Cafés, Open Book, Dementia Cafés, gardening, sewing, board games, jigsaws and more.
