what they don’t tell you about having a baby girl is the horror of the first moment you realize someone is sexualizing her. it happens shockingly young, & it’s so sickening that anyone would see your little girl that way.

@cherrymaldo @GriftReport I was more going off what id seen as a whole on social media and it was in the article I read. Surrogacy is a very contentious subject and people have opinions but homophobia is never acceptable

@danieldullaway Asking for flexible working is now entrenched in law. Employers have to comply.

The excuse 'We need breakfast clubs at school so we can get to work on time' won't wash. Either get a job starting at 9.30 or pay a childminder or family member to look after your child at 8am and take them to school at 9. Like we used to. And don't forget to brush their teeth and use the loo instead of nappies before you pop off to work too. Like we used to.

@Ballboy34 @KDCunliffe It’s not just that I work within health and social care and unfortunately sometimes the agency staff I’ve worked with don’t have the level of training or knowledge that ideally they need for the job we do. There’s a reason we have a training session regularly as a team.

@KDCunliffe A recruitment agency in healthcare is the exact reason why the NHS is fucked. Private sector rinsing public places that can't get staff and charging a premium for it.
