Congrats Gary et al. @PittNeurosurg POSTN is an extracellular matrix protein strongly associated with inflammatory 'mesenchymal' subtypes of GBM, and as we found over a decade ago, associated with peritumoral FLAIR signal in GBM. Even KD and overexpression recapitulated these MRI phenotypes in a mouse model.
