@itscvez I'd start with the heaviest which is either the compound "Overhead Press" with the olympic barbell, OR do (Seated) Dumbbell Shoulder Press, then move to side/front/etc.

@jyendurance What are some other shoulder work outs you do for front/back delts. Yesterday i did seated later raises, standing front raises, seated shoulder presses, seated rear delt fly. 4 sets 8-12. Ill try 3sets of 15 next time. Im only a month n half in the gym 🫠

@itscvez definitely do if you want to grow your rear delts (back side of your shoulders). I usually do it as a fifth exercise after I trained all other parts of the shoulders. 3 sets of 15
